We’ve enjoyed making delicious grilled cheeses and soups of all flavors and meeting amazing people along the way.
We decided to call it Soup’R Cheesy because we are two cheesy guys wanting to make good food and have fun and that’s exactly what we’ve done. We couldn’t be more grateful for all those that supported us along the way (like our families–big shout out to them) and our amazing customers. We wouldn’t have made it without you all.
High Quality Food Since 2022
We always do our best to find the best quality meats, cheeses, breads, etc. to make the best tasting soups and sandwiches around.
We look for and cook only the food we ourselves are willing to eat, and we have high quality tastes; as we’ve been in the restaurant business for many years from all aspects of it.

The Trucks Beginning
The best part about owning a food truck is that we can make our own schedule and go wherever we want.
We started this journey in April of 2022. We wanted to own a food truck because we wanted to create our own schedules and go wherever we wanted. We found a truck and fixed up the inside. Once it was all good and it met our needs, it was off to get wrapped with our Soup R’ Cheesy look. We had our first day on May 5th and we’ve not stopped creating great food since.
Plans for the Future
We’ve had 2 very successful food trucks and can’t wait to start work on our 3rd.
We’re currently in planning stages to begin work on our 3rd food truck. As we get more details figured out, we’ll post on social media and let you all in on what kind of truck this one will be and the wonderful foods we plan on making in it.

Just a cheesy guy with dream to bring great food to good people.
I’ve worked in the restaurant business for more than 25 years doing everything from being a Server all the way to an F&B director and now to a restaurant (on wheels) owner.
My Experience:
26 years in the Food & Beverage Industry
F&B Director
Worked in all aspects of the restaurant business
I’m a family man and a business owner and sometimes juggling the 2 gets hard. My hope is that as my business grows, I’ll have more time to be with my family and help my kids grow. When I’m not working, I’m happiest when I have family time watching movies, playing board games, and hanging outdoors. One thing that’s on my bucket list to do before I die is to one day go to Middle Earth (New Zealand). There’s lots more I could say, but I’d rather get to know you in person so find me at the truck and get to know me there.

A super funny, driven, and passionate man with a lot of skill in the kitchen.
During my many years working in the restaurant business Anthony Bourdain has become my professional idol. The way he could be so knowledgeable about all aspects of running a restaurant and still be able to have a good time while doing it. It reminds me to “Stop and Smell the Roses”. You need to enjoy the journey, not just focus on the destination.
My Experience:
Professional Chef
Over 25 years in the restaurant business
Determined Problem Solver
Go Big or Go Home! is my personal motto on life. If you understand that life is about trial and error and how you let that effect you determines if it is a success and/or failure. Try to understand that failure is part of the learning process …. Continue to press on and you will succeed.
The best skills I brought with me into this endeavor is determination. I am the type of person that will not take “No” for an answer. There is always a Solution, let’s find it. There is probably a better way to do “XYZ”, let’s find it. This is where Kyle and I work well together, we are great problem solvers.
Some personal things most probably don’t know about me are: when I was a kid I wanted to be a Pirate when I grew up (which realistically is a lot like being a Chef); I’d be at Kings Landing right now if I had the choice; and the Swedish Chef is my Hero. I’m living my life and trying to enjoy it along the way and if you want to get to know me, talk to me. I promise I don’t bite….much 😂
